About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work within GOL's Legal Department with a multidisciplinary scope involving administrative, advisory, and high-volume consumer litigation activities;
Manage mass litigation, including judicial and administrative claims (consumer protection agencies/Procons), coordinating with external law firms;
Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing solutions to meet targets and optimize the portfolio;
Support the definition of litigation strategies and legal theories;
Provide internal client support, drafting legal opinions grounded in legislation, case law and industry data;
Participate in meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes, workflows and operating guidelines;
Prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active OAB registration;
Experience in high-volume litigation and/or management of mass claims portfolios;
Proficiency with analytical tools (especially Excel and presentation software);
Specialization in Consumer Law (differential);
Knowledge of English and/or Spanish (differential).
