About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the prioritization of requests, balancing the criticality of system enhancement requests, keeping the queue/backlog organized and with updated status.
Support clear and prompt communication of technical issue status to non-technical stakeholders, especially during outages, under the guidance of the team.
Interact with external system vendors to open and track technical tickets, ensuring documentation, evidence and project follow-up.
Demonstrate a sense of organization, teamwork and discipline to monitor outstanding items, follow-ups and responses.
Resilience to operate in a critical environment.
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, present ideas and support alignment between business and technology.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in team routines (e.g., refinements, ceremonies and alignments).
Understand basic concepts of programming, system architecture and infrastructure at a basic level, with a focus on learning and growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Technology or related fields.
Previous experience in the area is desirable (internships, academic projects or early-career experience), but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of IT environments (infrastructure concepts, networks and cloud) to support technical conversations.
Communication skills to engage with different areas (internal IT teams and user/business areas).
Basic understanding of software development.
Basic English (reading/writing) required.
