About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Record and monitor notas fiscais (tax documents), invoices and payment requests related to Corporate Treasury;
  • Support operational processes related to debt, guarantees, derivatives, financial risks, bank fees, external law firms, fiduciary agents, trustees, banks and consultants;
  • Assist in organizing documents related to financial transactions, bank contracts, guarantees, insurance, debt instruments and financial risk;
  • Participate in automation, digitization and process improvement projects within the area;
  • Support the development and maintenance of controls in Excel, Power BI, SAP or other tools used by Treasury;
  • Contribute to the standardization of workflows, controls, reports and operational routines;
  • Manage due dates, internal approvals, payment status and supporting documentation for the area’s expenses;
  • Interact with internal teams such as Accounts Payable, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Procurement and Controllership to ensure correct payment processing;
  • Keep control databases for expenses, contracts, suppliers, recurring payments and Treasury cost centers up to date;
  • Support reconciliation between contracted amounts, received invoices, payments made and the area’s provisions;
  • Assist with budgetary control of Treasury expenses, identifying variances between budgeted and actual amounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related fields (degree/diploma or proof of graduation);
  • Intermediate English;
  • Basic to intermediate Excel;
  • Interest in developing knowledge in Corporate Treasury, debt, guarantees, financial risk and process automation;
  • Previous experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Controllership, Tax, FP&A or other financial areas;
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
