About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Negotiation, drafting and review of contractual instruments of various types with medium and low levels of complexity, with clients, suppliers and business partners nationally and internationally.
Advisory work focused on contracts, aircraft assets, personal data protection (privacy) and general corporate matters.
Prepare comments, analyses, legal opinions and recommendations, aligned with the company's needs and policies.
Drafting and review of powers of attorney.
Work on personal data protection matters together with the Privacy team.
Maintain spreadsheets for tracking daily matters with the internal team and external law firms.
Maintain various controls such as Confession of Debt, Key Issues/Contracts, Third-Party Law Firm Controls, among others.
Assist the internal team in reviewing the Company's standard templates, suggesting updates as needed in accordance with applicable legislative changes and internal company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with active OAB registration;
Minimum intermediate level of English;
Experience in contract matters within in-house Legal Departments;
Prior experience with data protection/privacy matters is desirable;
Specialization in contract law or corporate law.
