About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the accuracy of operational and financial information through continuous monitoring of usage and validation of data in corporate systems.
Ensure correct processing of administrative payments by entering, verifying and tracking invoices, meeting deadlines and internal policies.
Provide reliable management information to support decision-making by updating, maintaining and analyzing dashboards and operational reports.
Identify and flag discrepancies and inconsistencies in processes through analysis of indicators and cross-referencing data, ensuring visibility of operational risks.
Contribute to resolving operational deviations by proposing and monitoring action plans, ensuring issues are resolved within established deadlines.
Ensure continuity and organization of the area's administrative processes by controlling activities, meeting deadlines and adhering to internal guidelines.
Respond to requests from internal departments and related stakeholders, providing administrative support and ensuring availability of information needed to carry out processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in a related field
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of aviation operational areas is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset for operational data
