About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor public consultations, hearings, resolutions, RBACs and other normative acts from ANAC and other government agencies that impact the aviation sector.
  • Prepare preliminary analyses, executive summaries and technical notes on regulatory topics under discussion.
  • Support the consolidation of the company's formal submissions to public consultations and regulatory processes.
  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date regulatory database, including tracking deadlines, public agendas and normative processes.
  • Prepare supporting materials for institutional meetings with regulatory bodies and public authorities.
  • Support coordination with internal teams to collect technical information required for regulatory activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management reports and dashboards to monitor the regulatory agenda.
  • Support the company's participation in technical forums and industry associations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Advanced spoken English
  • Intermediate knowledge of aviation sector regulation or the work of regulatory agencies
  • Familiarity with ANAC's structure or the aviation sector is desirable
  • Willingness to travel
