Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue based on the current fare structure, applying discounts strategically across appropriate markets and channels, focusing on maximizing revenue, avoiding yield dilution and increasing market share.
  • Propose revenue-enhancing actions in indirect segments, assessing impacts across channels and mitigating cannibalization risks.
  • Analyze market trends and propose initiatives that positively impact revenue.
  • Develop sales and revenue projection models.
  • Develop, manage and measure promotional actions through A/B testing, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, market targeting and commercial areas, focusing on maximizing results and campaign efficiency.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to revenue strategies.
  • Implement discount and promotion strategies, ensuring alignment with pricing policy and company targets.
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare performance reports, controlling revenue optimization and integrating processes to maximize profitability in a highly competitive environment.
  • Conduct detailed market analyses to identify price trends and opportunities for adjustments.
  • Monitor and report price and discount performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Propose improvements in discount and channel management, optimizing processes to ensure operational effectiveness and goal attainment.
  • Closely monitor company sales, inventory and margin, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Strategic Planning or Sales Planning.
  • Intermediate Office skills and advanced Excel.
  • English.
  • Analytical mindset for revenue optimization, cross-functional process management, market analysis and strategic integration across areas.
  • Knowledge of process development.
  • Experience with medium and large companies.
  • Desired knowledge of Python, statistics, A/B testing and data intelligence.
