About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively support the development of PIPs and targets together with business areas, ensuring consistency, feasibility and alignment with the strategic vision
Act as a critical challenge layer in setting targets and initiatives, ensuring realistic ambition and alignment with company objectives
Ensure PIPs are structured with clear value drivers (revenue, cost, productivity, capital)
Define and validate KPIs, targets and tracking metrics for each initiative
Monitor PIP execution with a view of progression versus plan and realized value capture
Develop monitoring dashboards with views by Business Unit, initiative and KPI
Ensure full traceability between initiative, KPI and financial result
Lead recurring performance forums with the areas, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Support prioritization of initiatives with the greatest financial and strategic impact
Consolidate and report corporate and individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related fields
Experience with PIPs or related areas
Experience in budget management (Budget), forecasting (Forecast) and variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast)
Experience acting as a strategic business partner
Advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables)
BI and dashboard tools: Power BI, Tableau or similar
Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP (CO/FI modules), SAC Planning, OneStream or similar
Solid understanding of management accounting principles
Familiarity with airline KPIs: CASK, RASK, ASK, RPK, BH (Block Hours), OTP, Load Factor (preferred)
Previous experience in the airline, transportation or logistics sectors (preferred)
Advanced conversational English
Intermediate to advanced Spanish preferred
