About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Triage support tickets, classifying them by system, type, and level of complexity;
Handle resolution of basic-level tickets in AMOS, including correcting simple errors, registering positions and serial numbers (SNs), and making minor adjustments;
Support resolution of basic-level tickets in FleetCycle, escalating cases that require deeper technical analysis to Analyst II;
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and the team's technical development tracks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and communicating with vendors;
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools;
Previous experience in systems support, data analysis, or related areas;
Previous experience with AMOS or FleetCycle is a plus;
Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus;
Familiarity with Lean methodologies or PDCA is a plus;
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations or MRO environments is a plus.
