People & Culture Analyst II – Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and ensure the consistency of GOL's job descriptions;
- Prepare and analyze job and salary studies using information obtained from the business areas;
- Analyze and ensure the data required to update the salary table through market surveys;
- Prepare and analyze studies on changes and the creation of company structures based on inputs from the business areas and by supporting the BP team;
- Contribute to and analyze the company's salary budgeting through analysis of job and salary structures and information from payroll and internal HR consulting;
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, analyzing company practices versus the market to support external competitiveness and GOL's compensation policies;
- Support the preparation of job evaluations, ensuring internal consistency across areas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field;
- Advanced Microsoft Office;
- Hay, Mercer or Towers methodologies;
- Strong communication skills and experience with corporate presentations;
- Experience with calculations of: PPR, ICP, ILP and provisions (accruals);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume demand;
- Knowledge of the TOTVS RM system;
- Desired: English and Spanish at an intermediate level.
