About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of corporate talent attraction and development programs (Corporate and Technical Internship Programs) and the recognition program (Reconhecer), ensuring governance, end-to-end execution, communication and results analysis to strengthen the employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end Corporate and Technical Internship Program, including cycle planning, alignment with client areas, timelines, communications, materials and program governance;
  • Support attraction and selection processes for interns in partnership with internal areas and external vendors, ensuring organization, candidate experience and adherence to program criteria;
  • Organize and deliver onboarding, development and monitoring tracks for interns (meetings, trainings, forums, leadership schedules), ensuring logistical quality and engagement;
  • Monitor program indicators and outcomes (e.g., participation, satisfaction/NPS, deadlines, conversions, quality of deliverables), producing analyses and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement;
  • Ensure operational relationship and management with vendors (when applicable), including scope alignment, deadlines, deliverables and control of materials and payments within internal processes;
  • Manage the Corporate Recognition Program – Reconhecer, ensuring governance, communication and execution across the following streams: Length-of-service recognition; Monthly recognition of outstanding customer service; Implemented ideas in ColaboraGOL;
  • Manage the exchange of compliments between employees, based on organizational values;
  • Ensure rigor and integrity in curation, validation and counting processes to define recognized winners, guaranteeing traceability, compliance with rules and fairness;
  • Plan, organize and execute the Annual Recognition Event in partnership with the Events team, coordinating vendors, schedule, production, communications, guest list, scripts and materials, ensuring a high-quality experience and operational excellence;
  • Work collaboratively with People & Culture areas and other stakeholders (Internal Communications, Operations/Customer Service, IT, business areas), ensuring alignment and timely delivery;
  • Propose improvements to processes and program experiences, contributing to the continuous evolution of a recognition culture and talent development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree: Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced), with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases, charts) and PowerPoint (storytelling and presentation of results);
  • Experience organizing and managing HR/DHO programs (cycle planning, timelines, communications, governance and monitoring routines) – applicable to the Corporate and Technical Internship Programs and the Reconhecer Program;
  • Internal event management (planning, logistics, vendors, budget/cost control, scripts, invitations and materials);
  • Internal communications and corporate writing: drafting announcements, regulations, FAQs, campaigns and engagement materials, adapting language for different audiences (leaders, employees and interns);
  • Defining and tracking indicators (e.g., participation/engagement, satisfaction/NPS, meeting deadlines, conversions), data analysis and preparation of management reports;
  • Curation and criteria-setting for recognitions (rules, validation, counting, traceability and fairness), ensuring process integrity;
  • Collaborative and productivity tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Forms or similar) for managing databases, registrations, voting and operational workflows;
  • Basic knowledge of LGPD and confidentiality in handling employee and candidate data (records, databases, results and communications);
  • English and Spanish: Intermediate.
