About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act strategically to ensure retention of major accounts and to prospect new clients in the freight market, aiming to meet monthly targets with the franchise network and to increase the area's revenue.
  • Manage the sales cycle for new clients, from prospecting to closing, maintaining strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration with internal departments.
  • Ensure acquisition of new freight clients and maintenance of the current portfolio to meet monthly targets established by the Cargo Directorate, while adhering to the company's safety standards.
  • Seek opportunities in the freight market by offering the company's products and services.
  • Act proactively to resolve day-to-day issues related to your portfolio in order to meet client expectations, providing effective solutions.
  • Must be available to travel to all states of Brazil.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Experience in freight transportation preferred;
  • Experience in air freight will be an advantage;
  • Availability for weekly travel;
  • Experience in prospecting/new client acquisition;
  • Experience with commercial/sales routines;
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
