About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Feature Development: Code front-end components (React) and back-end endpoints (FastAPI) for small to medium tasks, following the team's standards.
  • AI-assisted Learning: Actively use LLM tools and prompt engineering to solve logic problems, debug code, and learn new libraries.
  • Maintenance and Quality: Perform bug fixes, write simple unit tests, and ensure technical documentation is kept up to date.
  • Exploration of New Tools: Support the implementation of automations using the Antigravity and Kiro ecosystems, under the guidance of Senior and Mid-level developers.
  • Squad Collaboration: Actively participate in ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings) and be open to receiving feedback during code reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Core technical knowledge: Python — understanding of syntax, data types, and programming logic; Web basics — understanding how the web works (HTML, CSS, HTTP requests); SQL — ability to perform basic queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
  • Programming Logic: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • AI Mindset: Genuine interest in using AI in day-to-day development — not just copy-pasting but understanding what the AI generates.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive attitude toward learning, clear communication to ask questions, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
