Key responsibilities & impact

Manage MEL, CDL and NEF lists.
Create, review and update systems for the fleet maintenance programs.
Develop information tools using historical data and statistical analyses to improve reliability monitoring and analysis, aiming to enhance maintenance program performance.
Develop and apply methodologies that enable optimization of maintenance strategies.
Continuously seek and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Perform financial and trade-off analyses to assess the economic impact of technical decisions, such as maintenance costs and failures, to guide decision-making toward optimal maintenance and operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Programming experience, especially with Python applied to data analysis.
Inquisitive, analytical and proactive mindset, with a strong ability to identify improvement opportunities, challenge the status quo and support significant change.
Good communication skills, with experience presenting technical, statistical and financial analyses to different levels of the organization.
