Key responsibilities & impact

Full-Stack Architecture and System Design: Design modular, scalable systems using FastAPI and React, ensuring optimal user experience and processing efficiency.
AI-Assisted Software Engineering (Vibe Coding): Lead adoption of new working methodologies, leveraging Prompt Engineering and AI tools to accelerate development, refactoring, and code testing.
Next-Generation Tooling Development: Integrate and evolve solutions that leverage Antigravity and Kiro, creating competitive advantages in automation and data intelligence.
Product Culture and UX: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data visualizations are intuitive and that tools effectively address the business’s latent pain points.
Governance, DevOps and Scalability: Define containerization standards (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies (Azure), focusing on high availability and security.
Mentorship and Raising the Bar: Conduct code reviews focused not only on defects but also on design patterns; mentor the team in the transition to an AI-driven development model.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience in the field.
Senior Python: Strong expertise in FastAPI and the asynchronous Python ecosystem.
Front-end knowledge: Experience with hooks, state management, and front-end performance patterns.
SQL/NoSQL: Complex data modeling, query optimization and understanding of data consistency.
AI Mindset: Hands-on experience using LLMs to assist coding and automate tasks.
Expertise in Antigravity and Kiro: Practical knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, these tools will be considered a decisive advantage.
Prompt Engineering: Advanced skill in structuring prompts for AI to enable code automation and creation of internal agents.
Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AKS (Kubernetes), Terraform and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana).
Engineering culture: Experience with E2E testing, TDD in fast-paced environments, and Clean Architecture.
Experience working with technology in the airline sector.
