About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the budget focal point for a portfolio of departments, managing requests and resolving issues with a results-oriented approach;
Ensure the quality of the budget database, with a special focus on the cost center data, which is essential to produce reliable management information;
Extract OPEX reports from SAP to build budget databases and dashboards;
Participate in the purchasing process, including creation of PRs (purchase requests), generation of POs (purchase orders), and management of the invoice flow through to payment;
Manage suppliers, schedules, and budgets, ensuring quality and efficient deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (degree certificate or proof of graduation);
Experience in database handling and processing;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Intermediate English;
Experience with advanced Excel;
Knowledge of Spanish.
