About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for activities related to SAP MM, guiding the team and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Map and design financial processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Identify process and system gaps, propose alternatives and lead action plans with prioritization and alignment with stakeholders.
Work with partner areas (Finance, Controllership, Tax and IT) to ensure alignment and governance of decisions.
Support integrations and dependencies with related modules (CO, RE; TRM is a plus) and with satellite systems when applicable.
Participate in implementation/evolution projects, including testing (unit/integrated/UAT), cutover, stabilization and critical incident management.
Produce and maintain documentation (processes, specifications, test plans, evidence) and support training/knowledge transfer.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field.
Experience with SAP MM (configuration, processes, integrations and troubleshooting).
Experience with implementations (requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, cutover and stabilization), as well as support/maintenance.
Process design and improvement; functional documentation; stakeholder management; technical/matrix leadership.
Experience leading squads (preferred).
English is a plus.
