About the role

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events and brand experiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Lead alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, audience, messaging, and format for each project
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for agencies and suppliers, ensuring clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget
  • Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all development stages with agencies and partners
  • Ensure execution quality, audience experience, and brand consistency across all events
  • Monitor budget planning, control, and management, including supplier negotiations and budget vs. actual tracking
  • Manage schedules and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and integration across the different teams involved
  • Oversee operational execution of events, ensuring all phases proceed as planned
  • Produce post-event reports, including results analysis, KPIs, and lessons learned to improve future initiatives
  • Support projects across different areas, including corporate events, brand activations, internal events, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience planning and executing corporate events or brand experiences
  • Experience managing agencies and suppliers
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with different teams
  • Attention to detail and focus on execution quality
  • Ability to translate strategic demands into well-executed experiences
