About the role
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events and brand experiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Lead alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, audience, messaging, and format for each project
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for agencies and suppliers, ensuring clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget
- Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all development stages with agencies and partners
- Ensure execution quality, audience experience, and brand consistency across all events
- Monitor budget planning, control, and management, including supplier negotiations and budget vs. actual tracking
- Manage schedules and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and integration across the different teams involved
- Oversee operational execution of events, ensuring all phases proceed as planned
- Produce post-event reports, including results analysis, KPIs, and lessons learned to improve future initiatives
- Support projects across different areas, including corporate events, brand activations, internal events, and special projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience planning and executing corporate events or brand experiences
- Experience managing agencies and suppliers
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
- Advanced English
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with different teams
- Attention to detail and focus on execution quality
- Ability to translate strategic demands into well-executed experiences
