About the role
- Support the definition of the sourcing strategy for assigned categories, contributing particularly to its execution;
- Assist leadership in defining the sourcing plan, based on historical needs (previous sourcing plan) and the collection of current and new business requirements;
- Help monitor plan execution by producing monthly execution reports and analyzing deviations (timing, benefits, and scope), and participate in defining and/or implementing the necessary actions;
- Achieve specific procurement objectives or provide support to others, following established purchasing systems and protocols;
- Support supplier negotiations. Manage the procurement of an assigned group of products or services;
- Support the execution of quantitative (financial) and qualitative analyses and scenario modeling to assess margins, costs, and projections that strengthen purchasing and negotiation strategies;
- Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions, aligning purchasing decisions with the financial and operational objectives of the OpCos;
- This includes evaluating cost-benefit, ensuring that procurement processes meet required quality standards, efficiency, and delivery timelines;
- Support the closing of agreements, ensuring compliance with established timelines, terms, and conditions aligned with the sourcing strategy;
- Support the preparation and consolidation of clear presentations — partially or fully — (reports, comparisons, summaries) for negotiations, senior management, or other key meetings, and participate in meetings with important stakeholders;
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in reports and presentations, facilitating decision-making based on verified information;
- Support the identification of process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions;
- Ensure that OpCos' and the Group's policies are always followed, also guiding business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (degree certificate or proof of graduation);
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Experience with the activities described.
- Knowledge of Spanish;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience in the aviation sector.
