About the role
- Manage the financial control of the business unit.
- Monitor accounting entries.
- Prepare budgets and analyze actuals versus budget.
- Prepare and track metrics for cost management and revenue monitoring.
- Prepare income statements (DRE) in BRL and USD.
- Consolidate financial data for reporting to the holding company.
- Prepare monthly budgets together with relevant departments (operations, commercial, etc.).
- Prepare quarterly forecasts together with relevant departments (operations, commercial, etc.).
- Provide financial support to Operations and Commercial teams.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes for the business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field;
- Previous experience in the finance area;
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade or the road freight transport sector or integrated logistics is desirable;
- Advanced Excel;
- Languages: English (advanced) and Spanish (advanced);
