About the role
- Monitor various variables of the domestic and international air travel market, developing analyses and insights on GOL's sales performance across sales channels;
- Data processing and preparation of reports, and monitoring of department metrics (sales, market share, share gap, load factor, competitiveness, network growth);
- Contribute to the development of analyses, scenario creation, and impact forecasts;
- Participate in the design and management of process improvement projects for the area;
- Support the preparation of strategic analyses and presentations for senior leadership;
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial intelligence;
- Willingness to learn and emotional maturity for day-to-day work and interactions with leadership;
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively;
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data processing/cleaning);
- Completed bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, STEM/Exact Sciences, Marketing, or related fields);
- Advanced English;
