About the role

  • Integrate and process purchasing, contracts, supplier and budget data (SAP S/4HANA, BI, spreadsheets and internal databases).
  • Develop strategic analyses to support negotiation decisions, savings, supplier performance and operational efficiency.
  • Create dashboards, reports and executive panels to monitor KPIs for leadership and partner areas.
  • Monitor timelines, governance and compliance of procurement processes.
  • Define, maintain and report the Procurement KPI portfolio (SLAs, savings, productivity, lead time, contractual coverage, contract balances, quality).
  • Produce and present Purchasing KPIs to all directorates (includes external forums when applicable).

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Data Science or related fields.
  • Experience in Procurement Intelligence/BI, Planning, Procurement Analytics or related areas.
  • Proven experience consolidating data and generating insights to support decisions (negotiation, budgeting, contracts, performance).
  • Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling and DAX) and advanced Excel (Power Query, formulas and automation).
  • SAP (preferably S/4HANA) – understanding of purchasing/contract objects and budget data.
  • Solid understanding of purchasing and contract processes, procurement KPIs and compliance.
  • Differentials: Python, Power Automate, VBA, Project experience, basic knowledge of taxation applied to procurement.
