About the role

  • Support the area Specialist in the development of Training Programs, and in the creation and updating of instructional materials
  • Support leadership in managing training programs, the continuous improvement program, and educational projects
  • Participate in meetings and decision-making
  • Develop, structure, and update training content
  • Ensure that training complies with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor that Regulatory Training content complies with applicable requirements
  • Develop, together with the subject Specialist, policies and procedures to standardize and ensure compliance of training processes
  • Oversee the execution of Corrective Action Plans related to internal and external training audits
  • Conduct observations and support the development of improvement actions for trainings
  • Carry out activities related to the implementation of Safety Objectives and performance indicators assigned to the area
  • Monitor and support the technical and regulatory analysis of requests from the Training Needs Survey (LNT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (diploma or graduation certificate)
  • Experience as an aircraft mechanic (required)
  • Experience providing instruction in aircraft training
  • Possess CHTs (AVI/CEL/GMP)
  • Certification in courses for the aircraft types previously worked on (Line/Ramp Transit/Borescope/Run-up)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Experience developing training and e-learning
  • Advanced PowerPoint
  • Canva
  • Articulate 360
  • Knowledge of IOSA and ANAC audits
  • Familiarity with the AQD reporting system
