About the role
- Provide technical support to Engineering, Planning, Operations and Supply areas on matters related to engine condition, performance and technical risks.
- Perform technical analyses of risks involving unscheduled removals, accelerated degradation and operational impacts.
- Ensure technical analyses and projections are aligned with manufacturers' requirements, ADs, SBs and applicable regulations.
- Propose analytical improvements, automations and data-driven approaches to increase the technical predictability of engine planning.
- Share technical knowledge and support the development of analysts through technical guidance.
- Contribute technically to the identification of operational risks related to engine condition and failure trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Spanish
- Advanced English (conversational)
- Experience in aircraft engine maintenance planning
- Preferred: experience with CFM56 and/or LEAP-1B engines
- MRO contract management
- Technical team leadership
- Risk analysis and decision-making
