About the role

  • Support the team in developing data applications and automations, performing technical tasks under supervision and using AI tools to accelerate learning and delivery.
  • Code front-end components (React) and back-end endpoints (FastAPI) for small to medium tasks, following team standards.
  • Actively use LLMs and prompt engineering techniques to solve logic problems, debug code and learn new libraries.
  • Perform bug fixes, write simple unit tests and ensure technical documentation is always up to date.
  • Assist in implementing automations using the Antigravity and Kiro ecosystems, under the guidance of Senior and Mid-level developers.
  • Actively participate in ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning meetings) and be open to receiving feedback in code reviews.

Requirements

  • Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Core technical knowledge: Python — familiarity with syntax, data types and programming logic.
  • Web basics: Understanding of how the web works (HTML, CSS, HTTP requests).
  • SQL: Ability to perform simple queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
  • Programming logic: Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures.
  • AI mindset: Genuine interest in using AI in day-to-day coding (not just copy-pasting, but understanding what the AI generates).
  • Soft skills: Proactive attitude toward learning, clear communication to ask questions and a willingness to get hands-on.
