About the role

  • Support the management and monitoring of data projects, ensuring alignment between teams and a focus on delivering value;
  • Understand business requests and translate them into clear, objective, and well-structured user stories for the development team;
  • Prioritize and organize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Analyze the impact of scope changes, contributing to decision-making with a product and project perspective;
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and rituals (planning, review, retrospective, refinement, etc.), promoting collaboration and continuous improvement;
  • Validate deliveries with the team, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria and business expectations;
  • Work in synergy with various stakeholders, promoting alignment, clear communication, and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar);
  • Knowledge of writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, or similar;
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for the technical team;
  • Degree in Technology or related fields relevant to the role.
