About the role

  • Lead technical activities related to SAP FI (AR, AP, GL, AA), guiding the team and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Map and design financial processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Identify process and system gaps, propose alternatives and drive action plans with prioritization and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partner areas (Finance, Controllership, Tax and IT) to ensure alignment and governance of decisions.
  • Support integrations and dependencies with related modules (CO, RE, TRM as a differential) and with satellite systems when applicable.
  • Participate in implementation and evolution projects, including testing (unit/integrated/UAT), cutover, stabilization and management of critical incidents.
  • Produce and maintain documentation (processes, specifications, test plans, evidence) and support training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field;
  • Experience with SAP FI: AR, AP, GL, AA (configuration, processes, integrations and troubleshooting);
  • Experience with implementations (requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, cutover and stabilization), as well as ongoing support;
  • Process design and improvement; functional documentation; stakeholder management; technical/matrix leadership;
  • Experience leading squads (a plus);
  • English will be considered an advantage.
