About the role
- Work strategically and analytically, influencing business decisions through data to optimize customer communication, retention, and engagement;
- Plan and execute performance-focused CRM campaigns, defining KPIs such as ROI, LTV, churn, and engagement;
- Segment customers, interpret data, and generate actions with direct business impact;
- Create automated, personalized communication journeys and relationship workflows for different channels and customer lifecycle stages;
- Measure the performance of workflows and campaigns;
- Continuously test and closely monitor the implementation of strategies to ensure optimal results, quickly identifying how to adjust direction or amplify responses in our campaigns and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Excel: Advanced;
- Intermediate English or Spanish (differential);
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI;
- Experience with automation tools (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle Responsys or similar);
- Good communication skills;
- Experience presenting results and performance metrics.
