About the role

  • Work strategically and analytically, influencing business decisions through data to optimize customer communication, retention, and engagement;
  • Plan and execute performance-focused CRM campaigns, defining KPIs such as ROI, LTV, churn, and engagement;
  • Segment customers, interpret data, and generate actions with direct business impact;
  • Create automated, personalized communication journeys and relationship workflows for different channels and customer lifecycle stages;
  • Measure the performance of workflows and campaigns;
  • Continuously test and closely monitor the implementation of strategies to ensure optimal results, quickly identifying how to adjust direction or amplify responses in our campaigns and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Excel: Advanced;
  • Intermediate English or Spanish (differential);
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI;
  • Experience with automation tools (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle Responsys or similar);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience presenting results and performance metrics.
