About the role

  • Structure and maintain the Coordinator's KPI dashboard, ensuring consistency, reliability and timely updates of information;
  • Periodically monitor area results, analyzing trends, variances and risks;
  • Propose and follow up on action plans to improve performance and achieve established targets;
  • Act as PMO, supporting the definition of scope, schedule, owners, milestones and project risks;
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of deliverables;
  • Map area processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;
  • Propose process improvements, standardizations and automation initiatives;
  • Oversee the implementation of improvements, ensuring the sustainability of results;
  • Prepare management materials and presentations for governance forums and decision-making;
  • Identify and report operational and performance risks related to projects and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields;
  • Experience in project management, continuous improvement and process analysis;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience managing KPIs and governance;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of project management tools;
  • Experience with BI and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate or similar);
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., AMOS).
