About the role

  • Ensure projections are aligned with the company’s budget assumptions and guidelines;
  • Monitor and communicate short-term operational metrics to operations teams, including supervisors, coordinators and managers;
  • Provide support to real-time teams and WFM, guiding them based on analyses;
  • Maintain communication flow with partners regarding volumes by D45 (our final deadline for volume changes, after which hiring is no longer possible);
  • Analyze seasonality impacts on volumes that may occur outside the D45 window, protecting company KPIs and creating action plans such as overtime/time bank and training to generate synergies;
  • Optimize the directional schedule file with the best time slots (time template) to allocate headcount (HCs), ensuring efficient operational delivery and avoiding overstaffing in some periods while gaps remain in others;
  • Ensure that staffing and sizing data is delivered to the BI team for daily KPI updates and delivery tracking;
  • Present our numbers clearly and assertively, explaining assumptions and challenges to both our internal team and external partners;
  • Work with the real-time team to track deviations, synergies and potential system issues that could impact our metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Previous experience in Operational Planning;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Experience in Data Analysis and operational metrics;
  • Experience with WFM.
