About the role
- Plan, execute and control aeronautical procurement processes for maintenance materials, meeting the operational demands of the fleet;
- Manage purchase orders and contracts with aeronautical suppliers, ensuring technical, regulatory, tax and contractual compliance;
- Conduct commercial negotiations with OEMs, distributors, brokers and MROs to reduce costs and improve lead times and commercial terms;
- Act to reduce TAT and material lead times, including in critical scenarios (AOG);
- Monitor the end-to-end procurement flow, resolving documentary and operational discrepancies definitively;
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation and continuous improvement of area processes;
- Prepare and monitor performance indicators and report operational risks.
- Control requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring the best total cost and delivery time;
- Analyze quotations, perform technical and commercial equalization and approve purchases according to approval limits;
- Support the team on a day-to-day basis, acting as a technical reference;
- Evaluate supplier performance and contract adherence;
- Keep SAP and AMOS systems updated with process information;
- Continuously seek cost reduction and operational efficiency in the aeronautical supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related areas;
- Solid experience in Aeronautical Purchasing / Maintenance Supply;
- Experience negotiating with aeronautical suppliers;
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and technical aviation documentation;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with SAP and AMOS.
- Advanced Excel (advantage);
- Previous experience in airlines or MROs (advantage);
- Experience in critical operational environments (AOG) (advantage).
