About the role

  • Interpret technical data, such as aircraft maintenance manuals, service bulletins and regulatory guidance.
  • Support the preparation and review of technical drawings, maintenance plans and operational instructions.
  • Develop and maintain routine automation tools using advanced spreadsheets, scripts or other programming languages applied to engineering.
  • Support continuous improvement project management from planning through execution and monitoring of results.
  • Assist in investigating technical non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor area performance indicators and contribute statistical and technical analyses.
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements from ANAC, FAA, EASA and other applicable civil aviation authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Professional registration required (CREA).
  • Knowledge of technical drawing and tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, VBA, SQL or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience handling databases.
  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Intermediate English (reading and interpreting technical manuals and international regulations).
  • Desirable knowledge of process automation tools/languages (Power Automate, RPA, scripting).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira or similar).
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance engineering.
