About the role
- Monitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs) for the Capacity area’s corporate projects, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities through continuous analysis of metrics and results;
- Support the planning, organization, and tracking of project actions and deadlines, ensuring adherence to schedules and established objectives;
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations, communicating information clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner for different audiences;
- Analyze data and interpret results to generate insights that support decision-making by the Project Manager and area leadership;
- Produce project support materials such as presentations, dashboards, and tracking documents;
- Act proactively to support the Project Manager, anticipating needs, risks, and project-related demands;
- Use project management tools to track activities, status, and deliverables;
- Work collaboratively with different areas and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, smooth communication, and integration of information.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree (any field – diploma or degree certificate);
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of PowerPoint;
- DESIRABLE: Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar);
- English for reading and writing;
- Analytical profile, organized, with good communication skills and ability to work in a team
