About the role
- Be responsible for turning data, opportunities and commercial demands into tactical and strategic actions that drive revenue, expand market share and strengthen the performance of corporate clients, agencies and B2B partners, especially for international POS and new international routes.
- Develop, execute and monitor tactical and strategic sales development actions, including campaigns, incentive plans, commercial offers and initiatives to increase revenue and gain market share.
- Perform in-depth commercial analyses, consolidating internal and market data to generate insights, identify opportunities, map risks and support recommendations for decision-making.
- Translate insights into executive storytelling and presentations.
- Act as the interface between internal teams and commercial partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, prioritization and efficient execution of commercial and integrated initiatives.
- Structure and improve the department's reports and processes, ensuring governance, standardization and visibility of performance for the executive team and sales areas.
- Develop reports, SQL queries, analytical models and executive materials, organizing information clearly and creating data-driven narratives to support commercial decisions.
- Reconcile priorities and demands from multiple partner areas, acting as a facilitator to turn commercial needs into concrete initiatives that are well executed and have measurable impact on sales performance.
- Serve as the guardian of commercial action performance, monitoring results in real time, identifying deviations or underperformance and engaging responsible areas for quick correction, ensuring each initiative delivers effective revenue and market share gains.
- Work with agility and organization to produce insight-oriented analyses under pressure, filtering what is essential and delivering fast, assertive responses to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Advanced Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL.
- Executive-level PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and to read and manipulate datasets in BI tools (experience with Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server or Snowflake is a plus).
- Understanding of commercial KPIs and sales performance indicators.
- Strong logical and analytical skills and knowledge of applied statistics.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one of English or Spanish.
