About the role

  • Implement strategic leadership development programs and execute events focused on training and integrating organizational leaders.
  • Identify leaders’ training and development needs by analyzing indicators such as performance evaluations and feedback from leaders and employees.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of leadership programs using indicators such as ROI, NPS and qualitative/quantitative reports.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of program participation and effectiveness, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on performance, participation and the impact of programs and events delivered.
  • Plan and assist in the facilitation of events such as workshops, strategy meetings and agendas focused on upskilling and integrating leadership teams.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor hiring, schedule organization and preparation of materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience with leadership development pathways.
  • Experience organizing training events and leader engagement activities.
  • English and Spanish: Intermediate.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
