About the role
- Implement strategic leadership development programs and execute events focused on training and integrating organizational leaders.
- Identify leaders’ training and development needs by analyzing indicators such as performance evaluations and feedback from leaders and employees.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of leadership programs using indicators such as ROI, NPS and qualitative/quantitative reports.
- Conduct detailed analyses of program participation and effectiveness, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports on performance, participation and the impact of programs and events delivered.
- Plan and assist in the facilitation of events such as workshops, strategy meetings and agendas focused on upskilling and integrating leadership teams.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor hiring, schedule organization and preparation of materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience with leadership development pathways.
- Experience organizing training events and leader engagement activities.
- English and Spanish: Intermediate.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
