About the role
- Support the definition and execution of the sourcing strategy for assigned categories, contributing to the implementation of the defined plans.
- Support the management of the purchasing plan based on historical demand and new business needs, assisting in monitoring execution and preparing monthly performance reports.
- Participate in the acquisition process of goods and services, following established protocols and systems and supporting supplier negotiations.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including scenario modeling and financial projections, to support purchasing and negotiation strategies.
- Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with the financial and operational objectives of the OpCos (operating companies), ensuring quality, efficiency and delivery standards.
- Lead the closing of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, terms and conditions.
- Act as an efficiency agent, supporting the optimization of contracts and negotiations, seeking synergies and continuous improvements across Group companies.
- Prepare and consolidate executive presentations and management reports to support negotiations and leadership meetings.
- Provide internal advisory to business areas in identifying and contracting products and services suitable to their needs.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance, guaranteeing conformity with regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in Purchasing, Finance or Commercial Analysis.
- Experience in the category sector (Customer Experience) is a plus.
- Desirable certifications: procurement, negotiation or project management.
- Portuguese – Advanced (C1)
- English – Intermediate/Advanced (B2–C1)
- Spanish – Basic to Good (A2)
