About the role

  • Analyze and negotiate contracts for the purchase, sale and lease of aircraft and engines
  • Minimize risks and propose contractual amendments when necessary
  • Ensure internal alignment on contractual obligations with clarity and accuracy
  • Strategically plan the fleet, evaluating future demand and scenarios for the integration of aircraft and engines
  • Manage ongoing requests with flexibility, aligned to business needs
  • Assess and propose contractual changes based on operational requirements
  • Interact and negotiate with aircraft manufacturers and lessors
  • Coordinate negotiations with internal and external stakeholders for contracts and amendments
  • Identify, mitigate and report hazards in operations
  • Ensure compliance with certificates issued by authorities and with company regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months at GOL
  • No disciplinary actions in the past 6 months
  • Not having been transferred or promoted in the past 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • Ability to understand technical and/or legal texts
  • Advanced English
