About the role
- Analyze and negotiate contracts for the purchase, sale and lease of aircraft and engines
- Minimize risks and propose contractual amendments when necessary
- Ensure internal alignment on contractual obligations with clarity and accuracy
- Strategically plan the fleet, evaluating future demand and scenarios for the integration of aircraft and engines
- Manage ongoing requests with flexibility, aligned to business needs
- Assess and propose contractual changes based on operational requirements
- Interact and negotiate with aircraft manufacturers and lessors
- Coordinate negotiations with internal and external stakeholders for contracts and amendments
- Identify, mitigate and report hazards in operations
- Ensure compliance with certificates issued by authorities and with company regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months at GOL
- No disciplinary actions in the past 6 months
- Not having been transferred or promoted in the past 6 months
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Ability to understand technical and/or legal texts
- Advanced English
