About the role

  • Analyze and negotiate contracts for the purchase, sale and lease of aircraft and engines
  • Minimize risks and propose contract amendments when necessary
  • Ensure internal alignment on contractual obligations with clarity and accuracy
  • Strategically plan the fleet, assessing future demand and scenarios for aircraft and engine acquisitions
  • Manage ongoing requests with flexibility, aligned to business needs
  • Evaluate and propose contractual changes according to operational requirements
  • Interact and negotiate with manufacturers and lessors of aeronautical assets
  • Coordinate negotiations with internal and external clients for contracts and amendments
  • Build partnerships focused on continuous improvement and low-cost solutions
  • Identify, mitigate and report hazards in operations
  • Manage safety risks within acceptable levels
  • Ensure compliance with certificates issued by authorities and with company regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months' tenure at GOL
  • No disciplinary measures in the past 6 months
  • No transfers or promotions in the past 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • Ability to understand technical and/or legal texts
  • Advanced English.
