About the role

  • Develop and implement GOL's branding strategy, ensuring consistency and relevance across all customer and partner touchpoints.
  • Serve as the guardian of the strategy, working collaboratively with agencies and internal teams to ensure adherence to branding directives; responsible for leading the creation, application and evolution of the brand identity, narratives and positioning in campaigns, institutional initiatives and marketing actions that strengthen GOL's image.
  • Plan and execute brand activities, ensuring alignment with the company's positioning and business needs.
  • Responsible for the brand strategy (positioning, personality, purpose, territories, attributes).
  • Participate in the planning and development of GOL's institutional and celebratory campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's positioning and strategic direction.
  • Responsible for the brand guide (tone of voice, assets, rules, logo usage) and for ensuring the correct application of visual and verbal identity.
  • Work closely with other areas to ensure alignment with branding directives in campaigns, communications, activations and sponsorships.
  • Lead brand architecture projects and support the team on projects involving changes or evolutions in identity or the coexistence of the group's brands.
  • Monitor brand health and design action plans based on data analysis, research and reporting.
  • Responsible for managing the trademark registration flow for the group's brands with the law firm.
  • Act as the reference for the brand's positioning and personality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and research
  • Knowledge of trademark registration workflows
  • Experience in brand architecture projects
  • Experience in strategic brand planning
  • Experience developing institutional campaigns
