About the role
- Understand and monitor market trends;
- Monitor GOL's competitive position in the market;
- Ensure delivery of sales targets;
- Execute the commercial strategy for the segment and plan commercial actions with clients;
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients;
- Support fulfillment of internal and external requests by working cross-functionally;
- Identify and capture new business opportunities;
- Promote awareness of GOL's products, services, processes, policies, and commercial practices to clients;
- Prepare materials and deliver presentations at client meetings;
- Represent GOL at events;
- Identify and close commercial negotiations;
- Prospect new clients or secure new events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in commercial sales and field sales;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience in data analysis and negotiation;
- Knowledge of systems: Sabre, BI, CRM;
- Availability to travel;
- Own vehicle;
- Preferred: English or Spanish.
