About the role

  • Plan and coordinate promotional marketing campaigns, aligning strategies with sales targets;
  • Develop campaign planning strategies, including definition of target audiences, communication channels and timelines;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using metrics and performance indicators;
  • Continuously optimize sales activities through data analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and adjusting strategies;
  • Work closely with commercial, pricing, CRM, marketing and analytics teams to ensure alignment of actions and maximize results;
  • Prepare reports and presentations for sales management, demonstrating campaign outcomes and providing insights to create action plans that drive additional sales and revenue;
  • Track market trends and innovations in sales and digital/promotional marketing to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields;
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of campaign planning, data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Analytical skills, proactivity and excellent communication;
  • Experience with data analysis tools, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms;
  • English and Spanish: a plus.
