Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as an HRBP (minimum 7 years) with a high level of autonomy, ideally in a scale-up or tech company/firm
  • Experience recruiting tech profiles
  • Ability to structure, organize and improve existing practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a business-partner mindset
  • Strong curiosity, quick learning ability and readiness to challenge the status quo
  • Appetite for digital tools (ATS, HRIS, HR-focused AI, analytics) and an interest in AI
  • Comfortable representing the company in public settings (schools, conferences, tech events)
