About the role

  • Your mission:
  • As Head of AI Solutions, you are at the heart of the growth of this SaaS business line.
  • You lead technical delivery, product vision and customer adoption of our solutions, with significant client-facing and pre-sales exposure.
  • You will join a team of experts to evolve this product in terms of features, traffic and customers, while structuring a “solutions” approach to address increasingly complex client needs.
  • Co-lead strategic direction, prioritization and delivery with the Director of Product
  • Contribute to pre-sales phases and the creation of bespoke offers
  • Design and implement scalable, product-oriented architectures
  • Challenge technical decisions and ensure the overall quality of solutions
  • Structure and optimize the team organization to maximize impact
  • Present and design technical solutions tailored to client needs

Requirements

  • You have between 5 and 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of management experience.
  • You are comfortable in client-facing contexts, able to explain complex technical topics in plain language and to structure pre-sales discussions.
  • You are highly user-centric and enjoy interacting directly with clients to understand their challenges and build appropriate solutions.
  • You have a strong ability to operate in hybrid environments combining engineering, product, data and AI.
  • Experience in developing or deploying large-scale SaaS solutions is a plus.
