About the role
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects involving Sales, Operations and, at times, Finance and Product/Tech teams
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from the Executive Committee (COMEX) to field operational teams
- Proactively identify friction points, conflicting objectives or organizational tensions and recommend clear trade-offs or resolutions
- Align teams around a shared vision for revenue and performance
- Define, structure and evolve end-to-end RevOps processes
- Ensure consistency between commercial, operational and financial objectives
- Define and track simple, readable and actionable KPIs
- Continuously challenge the status quo to simplify and improve overall efficiency
- Adopt an automation-first mindset (including low-code/no-code) to solve operational problems
- Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive or error-prone tasks
- Prioritize simple, fast-to-implement solutions that, even if imperfect, deliver immediate value
- Build simple, quick models to evaluate the impact of strategic decisions
- Model different scenarios to help the Executive Committee (COMEX) make decisions (to be presented via Google Sheets and Slides)
- Possess strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&Ls and their drivers
- Translate complex topics into clear, decision-oriented materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in RevOps, Operations, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Sales Ops or an equivalent role
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Comfortable in high-growth and transforming environments
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to make fast decisions in ambiguous contexts
- Strong SQL proficiency highly recommended, and a genuine passion for data
