About the role

  • Define, optimize, and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for A11 in close collaboration with the Managing Directors
  • Ensure constant deal flow through active market outreach, network maintenance, and targeted business development
  • Lead strategic initial conversations with C-level executives to identify business needs and ensure strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with partners and Managing Directors to develop new services and value propositions
  • Coordinate and lead a dedicated commercial team and over time take on disciplinary leadership of a growing team
  • Link customer insights with internal experts from data, sales, marketing, digital, and tech consulting to drive project success

Requirements

  • A completed degree in business, management, business administration, or a comparable background
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic sales or commercial roles, ideally in consulting, tech, or digital companies
  • Proven success in building client relationships and closing complex B2B deals with C-level executives
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams or relevant leadership experience in high-performing sales teams
  • High ability to understand business concepts and business acumen
  • Strategic thinking combined with an operational hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in both German and English (C1+)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and willingness to take responsibility in an ambitious environment
