Requirements
10 or more years in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles. Proven ability to guide teams, set vision, and deliver outstanding creative in fast-moving environments.
Ability to connect creative decisions to data and business impact. Skilled at evaluating creative performance and applying insights to improve results.
Strong track record of building or evolving consumer, subscription, or digital product brands. Deep understanding of how design influences perception, loyalty, and growth.
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in visual design, brand systems, and integrated campaigns. Clear examples of work that balances creativity with measurable business results.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfort working at both the concept and execution levels, from early moodboards to final production assets.
Experience developing creative across multiple channels, including digital, social, motion, video, and in-product experiences. Ability to adapt storytelling to fit each platform.
Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring creatives of varying levels. Ability to inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team.
Proven success partnering with marketing, product, growth, and analytics teams. Skilled at translating business goals into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience designing creative processes that balance quality, speed, and scalability.
