Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for x-ray services as needed
Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients
Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use
Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment
Maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: High School Diploma (required)
Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required
Valid State Driver’s License
Previous clinical experience preferred
