About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for x-ray services as needed
- Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients
- Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use
- Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment
- Maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High School Diploma (required)
- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
- Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Previous clinical experience preferred
