About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to the Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologist, and patients
  • Supervise and support team members and business operations
  • Ensure day to day operations including cash deposits, ordering, inventory management are completed regularly
  • Conduct monthly inventory and manage order approval
  • Assist management in resolving patient concerns
  • Drive KPIs and Strategic Initiatives
  • Provide oversight of patient rushes and fill shifts as needed
  • Conduct patient registration and verify insurance
  • Prepare patients for examination and perform preliminary physical tests
  • Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms and front desk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Graduate of a Medical Assisting Program preferred
  • Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Front Desk experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire
  • Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) at the time of hire or one of the following: 1+ years of experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
  • Must obtain a Medical Assistant certification within 15 months of hire if not already held
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or LPN or RN or EMT or CNA or Radiologic Technology graduate
