About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologist, and patients
Supervise and support team members and business operations
Ensure day to day operations including cash deposits, ordering, inventory management are completed regularly
Conduct monthly inventory and manage order approval
Assist management in resolving patient concerns
Drive KPIs and Strategic Initiatives
Provide oversight of patient rushes and fill shifts as needed
Conduct patient registration and verify insurance
Prepare patients for examination and perform preliminary physical tests
Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms and front desk

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Graduate of a Medical Assisting Program preferred
Medical Assistant experience preferred
Front Desk experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire
Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) at the time of hire or one of the following: 1+ years of experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
Must obtain a Medical Assistant certification within 15 months of hire if not already held
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or LPN or RN or EMT or CNA or Radiologic Technology graduate
