About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage workflows, coordinate legal processes, and optimize systems and tools to drive efficiency
- Provide litigation support and manage third-party requests

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years supporting an executive management team in a law firm or in-house legal department
- “PACE” or “CAP” Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
- Microsoft Certification: AI Business Professional
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Pre-Law Studies
- Proficiency in applications such as Ironclad, Workday, DocuSign, Visual Lease, Zendesk, BrightFlag
- Notary Public
- Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with legal operations systems
- Knowledge of legal workflows, SOPs, and document organization practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Understanding of legal billing systems and spend tracking
- Ability to prepare legal correspondence, contracts, court filings, and internal documents
- Experience handling and safeguarding highly confidential information
- Strong document and workflow management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
