Operations

• Establishing and maintaining workflow quality in assigned market centers
• Work 32 hours clinical shifts and 8 hours administrative time weekly to document assessments and develop team members
• Work with clinical and operations teams, departments, and vendors on projects and administrative duties
• Perform a variety of technical procedures and apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis
• Perform and analyze patient x-rays and report results to Medical Providers
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of centers
• Support Medical Providers, Medical Assistants, and patients in patient care management, organization and communication
• Conduct operational and workflow reviews and complete site assessments to improve efficiency and staff development
• Ensure staff training and adherence to quality control processes for clinical equipment and patient logs
• Reconcile ordered labs and results within clinical systems for all clinics
• Follow standards, procedures and legal regulations to maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Conduct patient registration, verify insurance and eligibility, process co-pays and schedule appointments
• Coordinate provider referrals and answer patient questions regarding care
• Under direction of clinical provider, position and protect patients during x-ray services across all age groups
• Patient preparation and rooming and other duties as assigned
